Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our work and health needs, the salon operates with a firm cancellation policy.
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules
• Late cancellations and No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost
• In rare cases, appointments may need to be adjusted due to health-related needs
If a tech needs to reschedule due to health, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered priority rebooking.
